The division is responsible for the enforecment of the bi-lateral tax treaties and foreign-related tax policy; to organize and enforce the collection measures; to monitor the multinational enterprises, foreign PE, foreignors and audit the multination enterprises of large-scale and foreignors; to manage the international information exchange and anti-avoidance of tax; to manage the cooporation and exchange among the Local Tax authority, international mechanism and the tax authorities abroard; to organize the internation tax investigations.
